Regular Activities

We have a range of small groups who meet at different times, each with a slightly different focus. Please contact us to find out more.

Tuesday Evening, 7:30pm - We meet fortnightly in a common space in the Ridgehaven Rise Retirement Village and enjoy a Bible discussion, along with some tea/coffee and supper.

Wednesday Morning, 9:30am - We meet at church for a prayer book service around the table. We join in a short Bible discussion, although you are most welcome to come along and simply listen. We celebrate Communion together at the end, remembering the relationship we can have with God through the death and resurrection of Jesus. We also have morning tea together afterwards.

Thursday Morning, 10am - We meet at Golden Grove Village and have a Bible discussion over a cup of tea, coffee or equivalent beverage. All are welcome.

Friday Evening, 7pm - There is a Men's group and a Women's group that meet fortnightly on alternating weeks in someone's home. - currently in recess until further notice.

Please note : Kids Club is currently in recess until further notice. Please come back and visit our page or our Facebook page for updates on when this will resume.

Kids Club is a fun and engaging afternoon for primary aged children (Reception – yr 6). We meet together fortnightly on Thursdays from 3:30 – 5:00, at St Mark's Anglican Church – 160 Wynn Vale Drive, Wynn Vale.

Each afternoon we play games, enjoy some food, and make some craft, while getting to know God and each other better. We ask for a $2 donation per child to cover costs of craft materials and activities.

We aim to provide a safe and friendly environment for everyone who attends, and all of our leaders have undergone child protection training and police checks. Parents are welcome to remain on the premises during Kids Club and enjoy a coffee/tea and a chat with the other parents. Alternatively you may wish to use the time to get the grocery shopping or something else done!

During the months of May through to August we hold Soup @ St Mark's, where members of the church and community gather together for soup, bread and other food at the church premises. Everyone is welcome to attend, and there is no charge for the meal. This is a time where some people enjoy company when they might otherwise be eating alone. Others people find it helpful to receive a meal a week that is free of charge. Whatever the reason, getting together to share food and company is a good thing to do!

We hold a monthly book sale from 9am - 12pm on the second Saturday of each month. Everyone is welcome to come along and browse our selection of pre-loved books. You are also welcome to stay and enjoy some complimentary tea or coffee and some freshly baked scones.
